As one might guess given the name of the lab, we make use of quite a bit of custom software for our models and analyses. The language of choice is Python, which can easily call libraries written in other languages such as C or R. The following is a short list of some of the primary packages used or developed by the lab:
A library for writing Psychology experiments in Python.
Short for Python Time Series Analysis, this library aids in analysis of EEG and other forms of neural data represented as time series.
A library for the multivariate analysis of data.
A Python implementation of the differential evolution genetic algorithm for parameter fitting.
Some tools to help with writing code on CUDA-enabled graphics cards. This is primarily for use with PyCUDA.
