As one might guess given the name of the lab, we make use of quite a bit of custom software for our models and analyses. The language of choice is Python, which can easily call libraries written in other languages such as C or R. The following is a short list of some of the primary packages used or developed by the lab:

PyEPL

A library for writing Psychology experiments in Python.

Short for Python Time Series Analysis, this library aids in analysis of EEG and other forms of neural data represented as time series.

DeSolver

A Python implementation of the differential evolution genetic algorithm for parameter fitting.

CuTools
